Kim is a top-ranked realtor in New England who started her practice in 1997 in Melrose, a community where her connections span generations. She was named among the top 15 REALTORS in New England in 2010 for her successful business that has thrived despite market conditions. Kim is known for committing herself to upholding the highest ethical standards and attention to detail in every transaction. This formula has resulted in a steady stream of referral based business which she perceives as the highest compliment one can get. In 2010, Kim was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award. Presented by the CEO of RE/MAX World headquarters, the award recognized Kim's consistent productivity among real estate professionals.
As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and an Accredited Buyers Representative, Kim continues to keep education in the forefront of her mind. These designations were earned to better serve her clients. In addition to education, Kim also stays current by being an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.
Her passion for real estate is complimented by her marketing background. Kim has a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from Westfield State College and later worked in public relations at Channel 7 News and then as an Account Executive for Cobra Marketing with Bank of America as her client.
Kim's success is attributed to her calming demeanor and her ability to focus on the business at hand during what can be a very emotional time for her clients. She brings a client-oriented and problem solving approach to each transaction.
Jay has been a Realtor since 2011 and has proudly served the Melrose community as a firefighter since 2000. Jay’s business has flourished as a result of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to consistency throughout the years.
Jay is an active member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He continues to keep education in the forefront by taking relevant continuing education classes.
Lauren got a taste for real estate after a fellow agent helped sell her house in Woburn. She started her real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator, assisting with all aspects of the sale, keeping the team on task, keeping calendars up to date, managing social media, and making sure deadlines are met. Working in this capacity allowed Lauren to learn what it takes to keep the deal together before she hit the ground running as an agent.
Lauren has now transitioned into the roll of Executive Sales Agent. Her addictive personality and humor make her a natural sales agent. She is a skilled negotiator and always has her client's best interest in mind when working the deal. She has a great track record for getting to the closing table and side stepping obstacles. Working with Lauren is refreshing.
When not working the deal, Lauren can be found on the golf course, supporting community events, handing out with neighbors and friends and relaxing at home with her family.
