About Kim Perrotti, ABR, CDPE, GRI

Kim is a top-ranked realtor in New England who started her practice in 1997 in Melrose, a community where her connections span generations. She was named among the top 15 REALTORS in New England in 2010 for her successful business that has thrived despite market conditions. Kim is known for committing herself to upholding the highest ethical standards and attention to detail in every transaction. This formula has resulted in a steady stream of referral based business which she perceives as the highest compliment one can get. In 2010, Kim was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award. Presented by the CEO of RE/MAX World headquarters, the award recognized Kim’s consistent productivity among real estate professionals.

As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and an Accredited Buyers Representative, Kim continues to keep education in the forefront of her mind. These designations were earned to better serve her clients. In addition to education, Kim also stays current by being an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors.

Her passion for real estate is complimented by her marketing background. Kim has a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from Westfield State College and later worked in public relations at Channel 7 News and then as an Account Executive for Cobra Marketing with Bank of America as her client.
